Description
When bees first create honeycomb, the wax doesn’t impart any flavour on the honey. As the wax matures, it darkens in colour and starts to feed back complex flavours, much like a well seasoned wine barrel.
This honey was carefully and slowly harvested from dark comb in bee hives that have passed from generation to generation of beekeepers in our family.
It has character.
It has depth.
It is truly a connoisseur’s honey.
