Description
Oliver is our youngest beekeeper, and when he was just 6 years old he caught his first swarm of bees. He cared for those bees for 18 months before they finally had built up enough in size to produce a harvestable crop of honey, and here it is. This honey comes from the Australian Christmas tree, a tree that is held with a lot of affection by young Australians. The bright orange canopy of flowers that arrives just in time for Christmas is a wonder to behold when travelling through the south-west of the state.
